While helping fellow women build their business with fresh and cohesive images a new passion was revealed for Kati. She quickly realized she was capturing much more than their brand, products, and headshots. She was using her camera to amplify these women’s “true essence”, she was bringing light to who they were at their core. Using her 16+ years of experience behind the camera Kati is able to create art that can help you bring your business to its fullest potential.
When Kati isn’t busy creating art for her clients she can be found enjoying a colorful charcuterie board with her family. She is married to her soul mate and shooting partner, Kyle and they have a son and a daughter that are the light of their lives. They are based out of Texas but available to travel worldwide. They will soon be hitting the road in their tiny home on wheels and can’t wait to work with those they meet along the way.

Besides her husband, Chelsea is Kati’s other half. After being college roommates and friends for over 10 years we quickly realized how well we work together. Chelsea has a knack for organization and keeps the wheels spinning so Kati can focus on bringing out the best in our clients. She encourages forward momentum and healthy growth that has helped True Essence evolve into what it is today. Our skill sets combined create the perfect team. Chelsea is your girl to help you get scheduled, stay organized and get ready for a day of shooting!
In her spare time, Chelsea likes to relax at home and tend to her ever-growing plant collection. She recently married her long time love Brian, and they share their home with 2 rescue pups, Max & Red. Chelsea is always ready to take on any challenge with a fresh and upbeat attitude and is happy to help anyone who needs it.
